Graffiti are Cards which you found in Vendingmachines in Shops in Japan. You paid some Yen (20/100 I guess) and received a pack of 5(?) cards.
These cards were originially packed in boxes with 200 cards.
Below you will see some of the cardboard which were used on the Vendingmachines to indicate the Part.
