These were available while the AniOn Station (アニON Station) was held. You got it ranodm with any purchase of 500 Yen and you could write your song you wanted to hear on that Sheet (リクエスト紙 ), also you could add a message that was shown (not sure if on Twitter or only on their song requesting system)
The Cafe was held in Akihabara in the time between 25th April 2017 and 28th May 2017
and also in Nagoya (Become Store), Oosaka (Namba Parks Store), Sapporo (Esta Store) and Hakata (Hakata Bus Terminal) in the time between 9th May 2017 and 28th May 2017
